Our Return And Exchange Policy
If you don’t like an article we’ll be glad to replace it for you. We strive to exceed your expectations with every product you receive. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may visit any of our “Dignity” outlets and replace any unused products, subject to the immediate availability or a reasonable interval for its arrangements. Please make sure that the barcode is intact with the product. Customer will have to bear courier charges in case of any exchange. Please note our discounted items (items on sale) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
On very rare occasions, packages are returned to us as undeliverable. We will attempt to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. Please make sure your given address is updated, correct and verified before submission of your orders. In an effort to reduce the impact of returned Products, Dignity returns the right to donate or recycle any returned or undelivered items as deemed appropriate in its sole discretion.

Cancellation of Orders
On rare occasion, Dignity reserves the right to cancel orders due to the following situations: items being out of stock, pricing errors, credit card being declined and when customers do not pickup / reply to confirmation calls from call center staff.
